Our process is designed to protect your investment. We require documented, verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent. Candidates with credit scores below 625 require additional oversight and owner approval.
Through Desert Root Application Processing, we verify IDs, Social Security cards, paystubs, and utility bills to confirm residency.
To ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws, Provest Realty processes and secures qualified tenants independently for placement-only services.
Deposits can be held by the owner or by Provest Realty in a trust account. The party holding the deposit assumes responsibility for proper accounting and returns according to California law.
Personal income must be shown separately from business income. For cases where separation is not possible, a 20% profit margin of business income is applied as personal income.
New applicants receive communication within 8 business hours. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
